Shelley Millard and Dominick Procopio are Broker Associates with Realty World J Pavich Real Estate. Being in the business for 23 years they have a proven track record and over 1,500 transactions between them.
Shelley is originally from Michigan where she has been a real estate agent and a real estate investor for 23 years. She has a background in art and design. With a BFA from The Center for Creative Studies, Detroit MI. She worked as a graphic designer in her field before getting into real estate 23 years ago. Her back round in art and design has given her the skills to assist her clients in staging and marketing their homes to achieve top dollar. Shelley has always achieved the highest sale price in any neighborhood she has invested and rehabbed in.
Dominick is also originally from MI where he has been a real estate agent for 12 years. Prior to that he was an Operations Manager and Mortgage Planner for a high volume Mortgage Brokerage for 10 years, where he utilized keen negotiating skills, financial strategies and worked with diverse professionals like attorneys, cpa's, financial planners and executive's from fortune 500 corporations. Prior to that he owned and operated a tile and marble company for a decade that worked exclusively for luxury designers and high-profile clients.
